Take your leadership
and your team to the next level

Executive Coaching

Being a leader is probably the most rewarding job in the world. But, as all leaders know, it’s not easy one.

First and foremost, you are leader of people. And it’s your responsibility to empower them to be the best versions of themselves.

This requires a unique set of skills, as well a deep understanding of yourself. You need to know your qualities and drives, but also your pitfalls and blindspots.

That’s why, if you want to take your leadership to the next level, the most powerful thing you can do, is radical self-exploration.

If you are ready for this work, I’m here to help you guide you through it.

Team Coaching

If you’ve spent any time working in teams, you’ll agree that collaborating can be complex.

A team is like a fine piece of machinery. When all parts move in sync, it can achieve the most wonderful things. When they don’t, this can lead to miscommunication, loss of time and energy and, eventually, structural underperformance.

The good news is, we can learn how to collaborate effectively. Because collaborating is a skill, or rather a set of skills.

With the right approach and guidance, teams can master these skills. Which will result in psychologically safe, supportive and creative environments, empowering all team members to flourish and contribute to the team’s performance. There is nothing more beautiful to witness.

If you want to explore how to get your team in sync, give me a call.

About me

I have always been a keen observer of human behaviour. I have a passion helping people better understand themselves so they can get out of their own way, reach their potential and find authentic fulfilment.

During my early career as communications consultant, I was always interested in stories. What is the origin of a company? What has shaped its leaders? And what are they trying to achieve in the world? My work consisted mainly of asking questions, listening carefully and crafting what I heard into a compelling story. This gave me a deep understanding of people and what they want to achieve in the world.

At a certain point someone said to me, ‘you know, you are actually a coach.’ This hit home and I decided to follow a coaching course in London, which confirmed their observation. I have been a coach ever since.

In 2014 I became a co-founder of the Amsterdam branch of internationally renowned company The School of Life. Here, I help organisations develop their leaders and teams while creating a an emotionally mature culture that drives effectiveness, purpose and creativity.
